Generix Limited strives to
provide its customers with products and services, which effectively assist the customer in
solving their business issues. In the event we determine there to be any technical
problems with Attachmate software relating to the year 2000, we will
certainly work with our customers to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Attachmate Y2K
Compliance Definition:
Your business may use non-Attachmate hardware,
firmware, operating systems, applications or macros that contain date fields and functions
that are crucial to your business. These products, applications and macros will need to be
separately verified as being Year 2000 Compliant.
Some Attachmate products include certain third party products. Those third party
materials are listed in the Attachmate Year 2000 Product Compliance Statements and none of
the information in the Product Compliance Statements applies to any such third party
materials.
Year 2000 Processing
A Year 2000 Compliant product from Attachmate will not produce errors processing date data
in connection with the year change from December 31, 1999 to January 1, 2000 including
leap year calculations when used with Year 2000-compliant date data if the product is used
in accordance with its associated documentation and exceptions set forth in the Attachmate
Year 2000 Product Compliance Statements, provided all other products (including other
software, firmware and hardware) used with it properly exchange date data with the
Attachmate product.

Attachmate Year 2000 Product Classification Categories:
- Compliant - Product was tested and meets Attachmate's Year 2000 Product
Compliance Definition for all core product functionality and ancillary processes.
- Compliant with minor issues - Product was tested and meets Attachmate's Year 2000
Product Compliance Definition for all core product functionality, but certain ancillary
processes may be impacted by general or data integrity issues.
- Not compliant - Product was tested and does not meet Attachmate's Year 2000
Product Compliance Definition in core functionality.
- Testing yet to be completed - Product is either currently being tested, or has
been scheduled for testing.
- Testing not planned.
